The Sesamee Heavy Duty Combination Padlock has provided 80 years of reliable security Originally Patented in 1926, the Sesamee Heavy Duty Combination Padlock basic design has remained unchanged over the years. The four wheel design which yields 10,000 possible combination changes, uses a solid brass internal platform which has evolved over the years. Heavy Duty Combination Padlock Originally conceived with a multi-piece frame, the 1980’s saw the platform become a solid brass single piece frame. This change along with spring strength increases, shackle modifications, and wheel alignment improvements, made the Sesamee virtually impossible to pick open by both vandals and professional thieves alike.
If imitation is truly the sincerest form of flattery, the Sesamee Heavy Duty Combination Lock family of products, must be the most respected family of locks in the world. The Sesamee resettable combination padlock design has been copied repeatedly over the years, but the solid brass Sesamee resettable combination padlock is still the first name requested on Federal, State and Local government specification sheets when it comes to reliable out-of-doors, weather resistant, combination locks. Sesamee resettable combination padlock reliability is evident in the fact that CCL Security Products offers a life-time warranty with each lock sold—regardless of who buys it.

This lock is the beefiest lock I have ever come across. No one is going to break into my garage with this lock around. I have been using Sesamee products for awhile. You can just feel how secure this lock is.

Can not beat the heftiness of this product. Very thick shackle that has a protective shield. The lock itself is very heavy duty. The dials are a bit hard to reach though. They are on bottom side of lock and they are a bit recessed to where my fat fingers have a hard time reaching... have to use my keys to turn dials.

This lock will break your toe if you drop it. For sure the most beefy long on the market! Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that although the shackle is far thicker in that part that is exposed, the portion locking into the padlock is the same size as the standard Sesamee padlock. What Sesamee did was take their normal padlock and built a tank around it and indeed.... what a tank it is! The numbers are slightly harder to reach but not bad. Otherwise very happy with the product.
