Shipping & Delivery

Padlocks4Less is able to ship same business day if your order is placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST. We have a fill rate of 95% on all items unless they are indicated as special orders. Ship time ranges from 1 to 2 business days shipments to the West Coast & up to 5 business days for shipments to the East Coast.

Please note that Padlocks4Less does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the shipment tracking confirms delivery, the recipient is responsible for the package. If your order is a UPS shipment, we can start an investigation whereby the driver will be contacted. If UPS takes responsibility for the shipment such as damage or lost packages, we will reship the product.

Pricing Discrepancies 
 
Padlocks4less reserves the right to refuse any sale due to a mistake made in the html code or pricing chart on a new product entry. If such an error occurs, we will contact the customer and offer the lowest discount possible that does not go below our cost as a remedy.
 
 
Returns & Replacements

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product in resellable condition and with its original packaging for a refund. Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of bringing an item back into inventory. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Padlocks4Less. We reserve the right to make that determination upon receipt of the product and either refuse the return or charge a higher restocking fee if product or packaging is damaged or marked impacting the ability to resell it.
