Bought the HitchSafe already installed on a used vehicle. I can personally vouch for the security of the product!! The dealership did not have the combination, nor would they contact the prior owner. Finally got into the product by taking my electric drill and boring SIX holes in the front face of the drawer! Was so impressed with the product, I bought this replacement drawer so I could keep using the product. (Posted on 12/14/11)
